I was given the task to illustrate a mock header for a hypothetical "Food Show" on Bandcamp Weekly based on the song "Apples and Oranges" by Pink Floyd. I drew inspiration from the aesthetic of the 60s/70s as well as vintage orange crates. The type was hand-drawn with the intention of matching the splashy typefaces of the era.
